NATIVE COCONUT RICE

Indregients
- Dry fish
- Smoked ice fish
- cray fish
- coconut
- Pepper
- Onions
- rice
- tomatoes
- knorr
- dry pepper
- salt
- groundnut-oil
Instructions
- per-boil and wash rice
- blend tomato, onions and pepper
- break and slice coconut then blend
- extract coconut milk from blended coconut
- slice onions
- put pot on fire
- pour coconut milk in
- add blended tomato and groundnut-oil
- add onions, crayfish, dry fish and ice-fish
- add dry pepper, maggi and salt (to taste )
- cover and leave to boil for five minutes
- add boiled rice and leave to cook for a while( stir at intervals)
- once rice is cooked to your taste
- dish and enjoy with veggies on the side or plain
